1. Overview
DrPromptly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our website and Chrome extension.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
- Email address — when you join our waitlist, voluntarily provided by you.
- Prompt text — when you use the live demo or Chrome extension to optimize a prompt. This is sent to our API solely to process your request.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics such as page views and feature interactions, used to improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To send you early access updates and product announcements.
- To process and return optimized prompts in real time.
- To improve DrPromptly's features and performance.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.
4. Data Storage
Waitlist emails are stored in a secure Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. Prompt text processed through our API is not permanently stored after your request is fulfilled.
5. Cookies & Tracking
DrPromptly may use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to or deletion of your personal data.
